We only use your data and personal information to supply the service you are booking. We do not pass your details on to any other person or organisation for any use whatsoever. Any payments made on this website are handled safely and securely by PayPal. We do not have any access to your credit card details.

Our live services are offered via services run by Zoom who are responsible for the privacy and security of their service. Their details are on their website at www.zoom.us

Your payment covers us setting up the video call and our Santa actor being available to you at your booked appointment. Refunds will not be offered on any video calls that you miss. Should the video call fail to happen because of a problem at our end or a problem caused by Zoom we will offer you a choice of a full refund or if possible to reschedule your video call.

We will endeavour to maintain the services at all times, however we cannot take any accountability for any service downtimes due to equipment failure and or any third party services involved with the services.

Claims made that Santa Claus is real and that the service is provided from the North Pole, or any other claims made to tie into the mythology of Christmas, are made on the understanding that they are fantasy and entertainment. This service is provided by an actor and children's entertainer in the UK. Any opinion, advice, suggestion or information made by Santa or our actors are as entertainment only.

As each live call or video is different the duration stated is a guideline only and may be shorter or longer. The minutes you purchase start as soon as you are connected via Zoom video link to the entertainer. We may record services provided over Zoom for quality control which will be deleted from our servers before the next Christmas season. You must be over 18 years old to make a booking of any of our services. We reserve the right to restrict access to any persons who do not adhere to our terms and conditions.

This service is operated and offered in the UK by Allin Kempthorne, a children's entertainer and Santa actor. We encourage any contacts be made through email.

Permission is given for you to publish videos you have ordered on the internet, however the video recordings remain our copyright and are not to be broadcast on television services unless with our express written agreement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, username, and any other security information related to your account or Zoom meeting. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We expect you to send your Zoom link only to those you wish to participate in the Zoom meeting. All individuals using our services are responsible for their own behavior and we are not responsible if you or any of your participants misbehaves while active in a Zoom meeting. For clarity, misbehavior includes any unlawful, harassing, libelous, defamatory, copyright infringing, vulgar, obscene, abusive, threatening, racist, harmful, or otherwise objectionable language or behaviour of any kind. We may at our sole discretion and for any reason terminate any person's participation in the services.

We have set limits of how many participating devices can be involved in each Zoom meeting. Any number beyond that attempting to gain access to a Zoom meeting may be restricted.

We may temporarily or permanently modify or discontinue any of our services with or without notice. Should we do so we will offer a rescheduling or a full refund or as is applicable.

All times and durations of video calls and video messages are an approximate time only and not exact.

We reserve the right to tailor, change or substitute any service as need arises depending on staff illness, technological glitches and other unforseen events.

By using or booking any of our services you agree and understand that in no instance shall we or our affiliates be held financially liable to yourself or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages caused by using our services beyond that of any payment made for our services and that we and our affiliates shall be held harmless from any and all losses, damages, suits, judgments, costs and expenses (including litigation costs and reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with any claim, suit, action, or other proceeding brought against an Indemnified Party.
