HOW YOUR VIDEO CALL WITH SANTA WORKS:

We use the popular Zoom video app. After you place your order our elves will personally check through your details and set up a scheduled Zoom video conversation for your date and time. We will send you your own private link for you to access your live Zoom video conversation. You can email this link in advance to any of your friends and family who you'd like to participate in the video call.

On the day of your video call you will need a PC, tablet or mobile phone with a camera and an internet connection. We expect you to be familiar with Zoom so you're all set up, know how to use your own camera and microphone settings and are ready for your video call.
