Whether for one child, a whole family, an entire school class or even bigger groups, Santa appears on your screen especially for you, calling personally and magically from his workshop in the North Pole for a truly unforgettable moment of joy and wonder.

Booking your magical Santa session is easy: choose your date and time, pick how long you’d like him for, and share a few details so Santa can tailor the experience perfectly and personally to you. Then simply relax until your chosen date and time when Santa calls you.

You’ll receive your private Zoom link to share with anyone you’d like to join in, from family and friends, or you can just keep it personal for one special child. On the day, all you need is a PC, tablet or phone with a camera and internet connection, and the excitement begins.

Santa's video calls start at 15 minutes, giving far more time than in a rushed shopping‑centre grotto.

Santa chats warmly, listens closely, and brings shy children out of their shells with ease.

How long you'd like Santa for is up to you, but we suggest 15 minutes for a family, 30–45 minutes for smaller groups, or a full hour for large classes, youth groups or a full interactive Santa show with games and Christmas storytelling. If you would like longer than an hour, choose two slots back to back and we can run them together as one longer video call for you. Santa can host up to 60 participants at once, however for children to all get some personal attention and interaction we recommend staggering groups to smaller numbers.
